Purchase of a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own education, not a right to redistribute them.

The closed community is a professional environment. Participants are expected to respect mentors and colleagues, keep course and community materials confidential, take responsibility for their own decisions, and interact actively and constructively. We reserve the right to suspend access for behaviour that undermines the safety or integrity of the community.

The Services integrate with third-party tools and platforms, including Telegram bots, NinjaTrader, Bookmap, ATAS and payment processors. We are not responsible for the operation, content or policies of such third parties. The availability of the Academy's Telegram bots and groups depends on third-party infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy and its mentors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, from trading decisions you make, or from reliance on any content provided through the Services. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

We process your personal data to provide the Services — for example, to deliver purchased courses, run the Telegram community and send notifications. We do not sell your personal data. Questions about data processing can be addressed to support@momentum.ai-staff.pro.

We may update this Agreement from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of a material breach of this Agreement. You may stop using the Services at any time; paid course access remains subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase.
